❤ I have lived 27 years with undiagnosed exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, 32 years with an undetected ADHD+Autistic+Highly intelligent brain. It has been a combination that has made me look lazy and stupid, overly sensitive, clumsy, overweight, overeating, bloated. I was always constipated, in pain, brain fog, extremely malnourished, dopamine ADHD overeating, sensory overloaded due to all the pain, and everything else on top of that as an autistic person. Having the knowledge about diseases and brain types, is having the power to take care of oneself, and allow ourselves to accommodate our needs and letting others acknowledge and respect our needs. Taking care of ourselves is making sure we live our life to the fullest, take care of yourself and live your life to the fullest, we only get one life.

Have you seen the stick method for funneling liquids into bottles? It’s amazing. If you use a chopstick or a straw sticking out of the bottle you want to funnel into, the touch the edge of your bowl to it and pour the liquid will follow the channel of the stick. It’s nuts! You should try it since you’re always making new things that need to be funneled.

Would love to get to know your reference books! I always see such a long and great list of references in citation lists at the end of author's books, but they seem so far away and hard to access. Not much can be figured out by title alone.

Hi! have you tried working with meridians? accupressure? if you haven't maybe you'd like to try. it s a book i read about this,a good book *subtle body practice manual a comprehensive guide to energy healing by Cyndi Dale*......i m sure there are many books, much more detailed about this, where hopefully you'd find the solutions you need to your issue..and maybe you ll arrive on their land also for an expert to see you,and heal you : ) .Best of luck!

There's a new covid strain going around which is knocking everyone out, so if you can, while in crowded places try wearing an N95 mask! It's been immensely helpful for me, along with the immune boosting stuff of course! Safe travels!

If you use a chopstick (or something like that) from the bowl your pouring something OUT of into the mouth of the thing youre pouring it IN, it will follow the stick instead of flowing down the side of the bowl! Just thought you should know with all that pouring youre doing

Hi! I use to get colds and flus all the time. Then my mom, a nurse, suggested I talk zinc (50 mg, In vitamin section at stores). I take 1 tablet every day. For almost 10 years, no cold, flus or covid (only covid shots). A Hospital Study done a couple of years ago showed that patients with covid had recovery time reduced to half with just 1 - 50 mg tablet/day. They spent 4 days in hospital Instead of 8 days! July is just about to an end! It’s almost August! Next, it’ll probably September before I know it! Time definitely goes faster when you get older, I have trouble keeping up with them! I lost track of time long ago!
